Complete the form make certain all information is correct
Membership fees are $1.00 per person (or two stamps if you are mailing in your membership) and each family member should have a completed form. Every family member is free to join but the individual must sign each form. Corporate memberships are $10.00 and represent only the corporation and designate. You will be given a number of membership sheets and are responsible for returning the completed forms and fees to the Secretary-Treasurer.
Corporate members should make a cheque payable to FARE.
